Our personalized, in-studio corporate headshot session is only $150 for 25 plus exposures or poses.

GROUP RATES are available. A minimum of ten employees are required with a maximum of fifty in one day.

Our group rates are as low as $100 per person for a minimum of ten, $75 for twenty or more and only $40 for a minimum of forty or more. (On location shoots will incur an additional fee per person and vary depending on size of your group) Each individual in the group will get 3-5 shots to choose from. Your favorite will be formatted and optimized for your corporate website profile page. Your proofs will be uploaded to a personal online proof gallery for you to review at your convenience. (Groups will all be in one proof gallery) Post processing, cropping, sizing and necessary minor touch-ups are all included in our fee. High resolution files on disc will incur an additional fee of $25 each image for personal or print use. Images for your website's corporate profile pages will be emailed to you or your webmaster as a zip file.

***Image layout preferences must be established prior to the session.

***Images for commercial publication in periodicals and other advertising media may incur minimum, industry standard licensing fees based on intended use and press run.

NOTE: IF your selected image is only for use on your corporate website, licensing is included in your session fee. Other use in print will incur additional fee of $25 per high resolution image to be burned to disc.

For the EXECUTIVE, our exclusive on-location shoot starts at $350 for idividuals and $125 each for groups under ten and a minimum of five. (For groups larger than ten, see our group rates in the section above)

We will set up any necessary equipment on-site and our goal is to document the perfect shots of you in your environment. Your session fee includes set-up, 50 plus exposures, online proofing gallery, cropping and requested touch-ups of a master 8x10 print and two 5x7's. ***If your portrait is for publication, your final image choice will be formatted according to your printers specs as a high-resolution, ready-to-print PDF or JPG file and emailed directly to you or your printer.

***Client agrees to provide photographer and assistant with OSHA approved PPE when shooting in hazardous environments.
***Prints of additional choices are available at our standard print prices and will be billed separately.
***Travel to locations 20 miles or more outside of the metropolitan New Orleans area will incur a fee.
***Please allow photographer at least half an hour prior to session to set up equipment as needed.

***Images for publication in periodicals and other media in the form of advertisement will incur industry standard licensing fees based on use.....licensing fees start as low as fifty dollars; please call us for quotes for your intended use. Licensing fees are negotiable.
