If you’re doing your medical school residency here in New Orleans and preparing your ERAS application for RESIDENCY or Fellowship using Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) or for SFMatch and need a vibrant, high quality headshot photo, call us today. We provide outstanding ERAS application photos, accurately formatted according to ERAS specifications found in the current AAMC residency guide! PLUS, your selected image is ALSO formatted for several other uses including print resolution and LinkedIN on the web; AND….your final selection includes minor touch ups, so you look your best!

Our regular rate of only $150, includes full service; a thirty minute session time, 20 shots to choose from, online proof gallery, minor touchups and formatting! Our "Fight Inflation Special" is back! Bring a fellow residency student and you BOTH get a $25 DISCOUNT off our regular rate. (Limit 3 people per session-advanced notice required - credit cards will incur processing fee of $6 per person ) MINOR TOUCH UPS INCLUDED in your fee for ONE final selection only. We take our time with your session and go the extra mile with minor touch up work to ensure that you look your best. Anything beyond minor, such as severe wardrobe fails, body and face contouring or unique digital cosmetic surgery will be billed at (up to) $50 per hour as posted on my website rate page. However, we place priority on getting it right in the camera first to minimize touchup work…..so don’t forget to check your wardrobe before coming to the studio and bring your makeup powder and hair essentials!!! I want you to look your best. FAST TURNAROUND AND PROFESSIONAL RESULTS! We even offer after hours sessions, as necessary, exclusively for ERAS clients. NOTE: ERAS application photo guidelines recommend by most med schools and the “RESIDENCY USER GUIDE” include use of either all white or varying shades of neutral gray background. (ERAS photo requirements are the same for everyone. Variations based on the person and wardrobe choices.) Let us know if you are using SFMatch. The SF Match service provides residency and fellowship matching services to specialties such as Ophthalmologists and other subspecialties across the spectrum of medical practice. Let us know, otherwise, your photo will follow standard ERAS guidelines as seen in all photos below. Specs are a little more relaxed on SF Match regarding file size. Headshots for Residency students applying for fellowship will follow ERAS guidelines.

Your Application Photo Makes a Difference!

Your ERAS professional residency headshot should be worthy of your academic achievements and time vested. We will never ‘rush’ your session and because we provide you with an online proofing gallery, you can also take your time to choose your BEST photo out of 20 shots. We will never ask you to choose your favorite shot immediately after your session. I’m sure you’ll agree, choosing a photo this important takes more than a few minutes of your time and should not be rushed.

A HIGH QUALITY HEADSHOT to go with your medical school or residency application WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE; don't settle for cheap! Getting your friend to photograph your headshot with a cell phone is NOT the way to go. All things considered, a pro photographer is a minor investment in your future as a doctor or clinician. IN ADDITION to your formatted, digital ERAS application photo, your session includes digital, full crop, print resolution 8x10 and 5x7, plus a square crop for use on the LinkedIN network or other website that requires a square image. All inclusive session fee is only $150. Schedule a ‘same session’ residency classmate and you BOTH get a $25 discount. (Limit three people per session)

ERAS Residency headshots are formatted according to Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) specifications! The following screenshot is from the “Residency User Guide” from the AAMC basic ERAS photo specs. White or pale gray background is also recommended by most medical schools.

If your photo is for Med School applications, requirements may not be the same as ERAS. Unless you specify otherwise we will shoot your Med School photo according to recommended ERAS guidelines.
